Day 1: Arrival
Arrival in the Aosta Valley. Accommodation, dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 2: Excursion to PONT SAINT MARTIN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Aosta. Guided visit of the city center on foot. The visit begins with the Roman Bridge, near the Arch of Augustus and leads the group through the pedestrian zone, from where they can admire the monumental complex Sant’Orso (Church with monastery with frescoes and Bell Tower), as also the church of San Lorenzo with its archaeological excavations of the early Christian Basilica, Porta Preatoria and the Theater (only external visits). Follows the Emilio Chanoux Square, for visiting its church of Santa Maria Assunta. Along the walls of the city the group can see many medieval buildings, as for example the new tower, Tower of the Leper, the Pailleron Tower and so on. In the afternoon, visit in Pont Saint Martin and in Bard. Visit of the castle and the medieval village, whose 20 houses have been declared national monument (Entrance of the castle against payment. Please ask us!). Return at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Excursion to COURMAYEUR
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Courmayeur. In the morning visit of the city center. In the afternoon visit of the Castle of Sarre. Later, visit of a regional bacon factory with tasting. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Excursion to TURIN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Turin, the former capital of Italy. Meet the local guide for the visit of the historical center of the city: Piazza Castellon Royal Palace. In the afternoon leisure. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Departure
Departure after breakfast.
